I got to the Florissant location, everyone that I've had a pleasure of speaking with was very nice and friendly. Terri is amazing and Dr. McDermott is the coolest Ortho in town. I'm happy I chose them.

We have had the best experience so far. We really did not know what we were doing or what we needed to do when we made the appointment, but after meeting Dr. McDermott and his staff we feel much better moving forward with my sons dental needs. They have been so kind and explained everything, they have made sure we knew and understood what was going on and what was going to happen before moving forward. We would highly recommend them to anybody. Best Orthodontist and staff ever!! Thanks!
I highly recommend Dr. McDermott! He knows what he is doing and cares about his patients dental health. I have always had anxiety about dentists but in Dr. McDermott's office, I feel comfortable and relaxed.
I consistently receive wonderful service from the staff. Everyone is very personal and charismatic. They remember my name and bring up conversations from two or three appointments in the past (appointments are six weeks apart), which sends the message that I'm more than just a Patient ID in that office. I always feel very taken care of. The office has a very home-like and friendly atmosphere and still maintains an air of professionalism. The staff can answer questions about complicated equipment and make a joke in this same breath, which I love. No complaints whatsoever.
